A Vibe Coding Foundations Weekend
AI isn’t failing you. Your process is.
Most people don’t struggle with AI because they lack technical skill.
They struggle because AI has no memory, no assumptions, and no context unless you give it one.
This workshop fixes that.
Over two hands-on sessions (Saturday and Sunday, February 21-22), you’ll go from idea to a working prototype you can run, interact with, and build on. Not a slide deck. Not a mockup. A real, functioning product built entirely with Claude Code.
You won’t be learning to code in the traditional sense. You’ll learn how to direct AI through structure, context, and intent, so it can actually help you build something real.
This is the foundation of vibe coding. A practical, repeatable way to build products with AI while keeping your imagination and judgment in the lead.
What We’ll Do
This is a working session. You won’t just watch demos or follow along passively. You’ll build.
Together, we’ll:
- Make the mindset shift from “coding” to directing and structuring AI
- Create the three core documents that give AI continuity and memory (PRD, User Stories, Session Log)
- Install and configure Claude Code with your custom CLAUDE.md project file
- Run the exact prompt that kicks off productive AI build sessions
- Build and run a working prototype so you can click it, test it, and iterate
No traditional coding experience is required.
Why Claude Code
Claude Code isn’t a chat window. It’s a command-line tool that reads your entire codebase, writes code, runs terminal commands, executes tests, and debugs errors, all from your terminal.
What used to take a dev team weeks now takes hours. What used to cost $50k+ now costs $20/month.
With the launch of Opus 4.6 and agent teams, Claude Code can now split tasks across multiple agents working in parallel, like having a coordinated engineering team at your fingertips.
This workshop teaches you how to direct that power with precision.
What You’ll Learn
- Why AI keeps “forgetting” your project, and how to fix it permanently
- How lightweight documentation dramatically improves AI output
- How to structure projects so AI understands intent, not just instructions
- How to configure CLAUDE.md so Claude Code understands your project from the first prompt
- How to run focused build sessions without starting from scratch every time
- How to avoid the most common failure points in AI-assisted development
What You’ll Leave With
- A working prototype running locally on your machine
- Claude Code installed and configured with your custom project file
- Your foundational project documents (PRD, User Stories, Session Log)
- A proven, repeatable process you can reuse for any future project
- Community access for ongoing support and optional 1:1 follow-up sessions
You may not publish your product during the workshop. But you will leave with something real, working, and yours.
The Guarantee
If you don’t leave with a working prototype, I’ll follow up with you after the workshop and help you finish it.
The goal isn’t speed for its own sake. The goal is momentum, clarity, and a real starting point you can build from.
Who This Is For
This workshop is designed for curious professionals, founders, designers, strategists, and non-traditional builders who want to turn ideas into working software.
Especially those who want to move fast without losing creative agency or control to AI.
